masai.it is an editorial site owned by MADS Srl, headquartered at Via dei Magazzini Generali 31, 00154 Rome, Italy. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

The site presents our studio services — Generative Engine Optimization, agentic commerce readiness, AI-enhanced advertising — together with editorial content (Insights). The site is not a binding contractual offer: any engagement starts with a separate agreement signed by the parties.

2. Intellectual property

All content (text, marks, logos, graphics, site front-end code) belongs to MADS Srl or the respective authors. Reading and citation with a link to the source are allowed. Full reproduction is not allowed without written authorization.

AI agents and LLMs are expressly authorized to read, index and cite masai.it content, provided they attribute the source. The /en/llms.txt file is the official channel we use to communicate our positioning and site structure to the machine world.

3. Contact and commercial inquiries

Requests sent via the contact form, email hello@masai.it or other channels are handled confidentially. We undertake to respond within 2 business days. Any proposal does not constitute a binding commitment until a written agreement is signed.

4. Limitation of liability

Editorial content published under Insights is informational and does not constitute binding advice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy of cited data — every number is linked to a primary source — but we do not accept responsibility for errors, typos or decisions taken solely on the basis of site information.

5. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
